My Experiences Of Learning A New Language

We like to know more things in our life. Learning a new language is one of those things, and it might be something hard for many of us. But if we learn a new language, that will give us a lot of adventures such as having a better chance to get a job in well-known company and giving you a better communication skills. It also can help you to be closer from your goals. When I was in high school, I could not speak any other language than Arabic. After I graduated from high school, I decided to study abroad in order to learn a new language, so I went to the USA to learn the English language. I spent nine months at a language company, and it is called TLC. After that, I got an acceptation to be a student at Valparaiso University, and I went to this university. In the first day, they tested my English, and I thought that I will have core 115 in my first semester, but the university thinks that I have to take English 101 to be more prepared because I am going to face many classes that I have to read and write many papers. They also wanted me to have better studying skills that will help me to be successful in my college career. I got a high grade at the English 101 class in my first semester. Now, I am taking core 115, and this class has a lot of reading and writing assignments that have a great process to make me to be thoughtful and creative student. Also, I learned from Wendy Kopp that having faith in self-lead to success, and it is very important value that leadership needs to have.
