Introduction

Muscluskeletal disorder is one of the major occupational complaints or hazards among working female or doctors and a considerable cause of morbidity [ ]. Muscluskeletal disorder are conditions that effect muscles, tendon,ligaments,joints and nerves which causes pain or inflammation in them.Musculoskeletal disorder are usually caused by incorrect posture, repetitive movement ,lifting heavy masses or over effort and increase work load.due to these disorders their daily activity become restricted[ ].
