An unnamed company told Alice Hamilton that lead was not used in any of their products because of the dangers it can cause to the human body. After further investigation Hamilton found that six, not just one, Polish printers released lead into the air, in the form of red oxide, everytime it sprayed paint. This shows that companies now days lie to their employees and do not care about the well being of the people who make our products.
