3D printing is a technology that is constantly evolving and finding better was to take what you image and to materialize into the reality and with this new product they have taken another step further. The Mcor ARKe is the world first 3D printer that can print and build multicolored 3D designs. Designed by a new contender who is coming out on the stage of 3D printing called Mcor Technologies. The secret to this printer lies in what the printer uses for its material and the process it goes through to print out each item. Funny enough, the printer uses paper to get the builds printed and it’s no special kind of paper, it’s just ordinary paper someone would use to load a copier, the only difference is it`s on a spool. Another interesting thing is the formats that this printer can use for printing, which is many more than what you would get out of Makerbot printer, They include, the usual STL and OBJ which uses both use combination of geometric polygons to structure the prints and apply messes. With STL uses more round shapes (i.e. circles) where as OBJ files use more triangles and to help triangulate the build. But ARKe also can print in VRML (Virtual Reality Modeling Language), DAE (Digital Asset Exchange) and 3MF (3D Manufacturing Format) file formats that are newer formats that help replace some of the problems the older formats faced, which in turn giving the ARKe a larger range of …show more content…
Now with this new technology, and the use of paper instead of heated filament time can be slashed on print jobs making it more convenient for the high paced lives most of us live. The resolution in each print is always the highest quality with it being 0.1 mm, for example, if I were to print a coke can then all the letters would be in alignment along with the barcode as well at which I could scan the barcode and it still work. The ARKe has a wide range or application from the education to the professional business. Among educator it is an ideal tool to help integrate new styles of teaching and bring more diversity within the class. Also the price at which one would use to pay for models and graphics for projects can now be printed at a fraction of the cost one would pay to purchase the materials. For the company that builds or designs new product this printer is ideal for now you can design the build with your normal software and then print it out so you have a good model or prototype to show and build

Printmaking is an art form that largely began in the early 16th Century Renaissance Europe. The art form involved drawing or engraving directly in a metal plate, and the use of paint and oils in order to duplicate an image. This inexpensive process allowed for the infinite duplication of artwork, resulting in the large recognition of artists from across Europe and public knowledge of their works. This form of art was of great benefit to those of whom could not afford original works, allowing for the lower classes of Europe to afford and hence appreciate great works and artists. Albrecht Durer (1471-1528) was born in Nuremberg, Germany during the European Reformation and the inauguration of the Northern European Renaissance (1430-1580).…

The increase of production in technology (such as computers and tablets), has allowed universal access for the public, instead of an elite few.
