Many people argue this question, but the truth is, you can be a natural born leader or you may become a leader over time because of a situation or experience that influenced you to lead. Either way, there are certain characteristics that all great leaders have in common. Leaders will always do the right thing. There main concern is for the people. Employees work hard and give more because they realize that there is someone looking out for their well-being. A leader will challenge their superiors and break rules for what they believe in. Their vision is long term, they always look at the bigger picture and how their actions will impact the greater good. In conclusion, leaders value character and they lead with their heart. Their vision, ideas, and beliefs are so impactful that you are driven to follow them, not because you are forced to, but because you want to, and that is what makes them great
