Also, students don't have time outside of school to finish their homework because of sports and other activities their emotional well being is damaged, allowing for even smaller time to relax and enjoy themselves (National Education Association, End). This article is based off of a book written by Etta Kralovec and John Buell. The information and evidence ties back to the basic theme that the act of homework does little to boost academic achievement and instead it damages the well being of the student and takes away from family time.
