I’m pleased to announce that Jonathan Gatica has been promoted to senior manager of operational excellence (OP-Ex) for the southeast-west region. Jonathan will report to me and he will remain based in San Antonio, Texas.

In this role, Jonathan will support the southeast-west sites (San Antonio, Texas; Prescott, Arizona; and Boca Raton and Deerfield Beach, Florida) on all operational excellence aspects, including daily management systems rollouts. He will support the packaging pilot in Deerfield starting in early August. This pilot will test the efficiency of the High Performance Organization (HPO) people systems: training system, Daily Management Systems 1-4, coaching performance, and the basic design of the skill and contribution-based system
