In addition to the document I just sent you, I initially walked him through my high-level findings, learnings or process improvements that I see from this analysis.

1. Deployment of Quality protocols: With the turnover in our plants is critical to ensure we have a robust training and deployment plan in place.
2. Deployment of the Claims process at the plants level: Different level of knowledge of the process and documentation needed to be able to support a claim of this nature.
3. Supplier audits to ensure compliance: Ecolab should formally audit our plants and report in writing non-compliance issues.

He understands that we need to re-enforce the training, sustainability and accountability across our plants and suppliers.
