Decent Essays
Sir,

Need your assistance. I have misplaced my Joint Service Commendation Medal (JSCM) certificate, which was the end of tour award while in Iraq under USF-I J9 STRATCOM. I contact SFC Boyer, our former S1 who looked through his records and even when by the 209th BOD to see whether the unit had a copy in achrives. But, he could not find a copy of the certificate. I contacted my branch manager, HRC and the National Records for OSD and no luck.

The award was approved by BG Jeffrey Buchanan at the end of our tour. I'm looking to get a copy in my iPerms before my board for Major. Attached is a copy of my DD 214 as the source document, JSCM citation (PDF) and the citation in (word) format. Any assistance would be most appreciated. Thanks for
