Compare two (2) job positions from the episode and perform a job analysis of each position.
The two job position I compared from the episode and perform a job analysis of each position, the “Undercover Boss” comparing two positions from the Norwegian Cruise Line episode, there are crew staff and recreation staff. The law requires that the job description is fully explained to workers; to gain notification if they are able to comply and complete the job tasked that is mentally and physically hard for them to do. The American with Disability Act (ADA), Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and the Lilly Ledbetter law are causing organizations to prioritize the job description they are providing for the employees with and without disabilities. The ADA is the main legislation impacting the precedence of job description due to the fact that any organization without exception, with 15 or more employees is required to have a listing of duties, skills and job requirements for each current position. The law does not specify that each listing be classified as a job description, if you are audited by an outside government agency such as the EEOC, they will ask to see your job description.
