Interpersonal Relationships Analysis This comprehensive analysis determines the concepts, components, and elements of interpersonal relationships. The concept of attraction foundations shows four different stages of attraction beginning with social and interpersonal communication skills forming a bond between two people. The social environment promotes building of interpersonal relationships for both the professional and private environments. The unique exchanges between interpersonal relationships involve more than verbal communication between two people. The interpersonal relationships form the basic idealism for professional, and private communication skills.

Each person compliments the other person’s emotional and physical needs. For example, a nurturing mother may show a strong bond to her children. This mother provides the food, clothing, shelter, and love for her children. The weak interpersonal relationship shows neither person places a relationship commitment on the other person. This concept shows the difference between the strong versus weak interpersonal relationship between two different people. The human element provides complications to the interpersonal relationship as one-half of the commitment loses interest. The loss of interest begins to show neglect as the other person begins to move away from the commitment. These problems continue as neither person shows receiving the physical, or emotional needs of a strong interpersonal relationship. Commitments to school, work, or social environments can create a neglectful exchange weakening the interpersonal relationship. For example, the husband realizes the wife has outside commitments and no longer provides the necessary components of a strong relationship. The neglect and indifference of the husband from too many hours away from relationship have caused her to find more appealing ways to enjoy her time. The weak interpersonal relationship becomes strong again as both the husband and wife mend the problems within the relationship (Cavazos, 2010).
