QP engaged Maunica in participating in a CBT activity geared towards solving interpersonal conflict. QP explained to Maunica that the activity will help her to resolve conflict more effectively. QP asked Maunica to list some conflict situations she had difficulty with resolving peacefully. QP posed various scenarios to Maunica in which she had to discuss how she would resolve the situations. QP discussed with Maunica, reasons why thoughts can escalate conflict situation. QP examined with Maunica, how her thoughts contribute to conflict situations for her.
