This paper explores the country of Israel and the major religions practiced in the nation. In 1948 Israel was reestablished as a home to the Jewish people and the world’s only Jewish state. Israel’s has four main cities, Jerusalem, Tel Aviv-Yafo, Haifa, and Be’er Sheva. The major religions in Israel are Judaism, Muslim, and Christianity. Of the Jewish population in Israel 76% practices Judaism and of the Muslim population 16.2 % practice Islam and 2.1% of the local Arabs practice Christianity. The Jewish people of Israel can trace their history back to Abraham, the founder of the Judaism religion. Among the Jewish people of Israel, only 65% believe in God and participate in the Jewish Festival also known as the Passover. The law of the Jewish believes through application a follower will become closer to God and other followers which intern will provide a better quality of life. Under Jewish beliefs, God is forgiving, moral, ethnicity, and culture are more important than beliefs. The Jews believed Jesus Christ was not an ordinary man not a Messiah nor a divine person and his mission had no relevance. The Christian manager/leader considering working in Israel must understand only 2 % of Israel’s population are Christians, should realize depending on ones belief, Jews can also be a Christian and should know how to share the Christian…
