Basically, it indicates the importance of understanding the law accordingly in a way that does not cause a constitutional crisis. This can lead to disrespect to the Constitution. Considering the judgment in the court of appeal, the constitutional crisis is seen where something that is defined in the Constitution is considered unconstitutional. The judgment in the Supreme Court also outlines the importance of respecting the rights of all people in the society despite their age. For example, despite the fact that the child had not attained the age of majority, she does not show any discomfort with the pledge of allegiance. The child was a religious follower and hence there could be no harm to her listening or reciting the pledge of allegiance. It helps them associate them with the country and feel the pride of being USA citizens or being in the USA. The diversity in the society is respected thus making all members feel parts of the country. Therefore, creating such insights to the children at their young age helps they grow with respect to various aspects as highlighted in the Pledge of Allegiance. However, without the explanation of the meaning and intention of the Pledge to the children, the children will not grow to embrace it but will be reciting it to follow the institution
