Effective communication: is the successful transfer or passes on of information but to me, effective communication is the ability to get your point across to someone where you are fully understood and there is no room for misunderstanding or confusion. You cannot effectively get your point across to people if you don’t accept the responsibilities you have express your views and beliefs appropriately and most importantly, respect the feelings of others.
In conclusion, to obtain effective communication, you have to put in the effort. You cannot effectively get your point across to people if you don’t accept the responsibilities you have express your views and beliefs appropriately and most importantly, respect the feelings of others.
1.2.1) to avoid conflict is to create conflict. Sometimes we go through certain situations in life that we wish we would just forget about or not pay attention to but when we don’t resolve them, they remain behind. When you avoid conflict, communication gets strained. Both parties in the relationship will slowly begin to drift apart as the tension builds up. This leads to the destruction of the relationship. When you try to please others at your expense, you make your emotions, views, beliefs; thoughts, etc seem unimportant and worthless. This leads to you being seen as the weaker person in the relationship and this opens doors for you to be abused or mistreated by your partner. The best advice I can give is to face conflict head on. Sit down with your partner, discuss your problem and find ways to solve it respectfully and
