A broken organization has its members lost in an identity crisis that they are not aware of. Managing a broken organization requires a strong personality that will correct the focus of the team players by helping them retrace their identity. I am not sure if our Chief has this strong personally, and the thing I know is that he has a big task ahead of him. Fixing a broken organization includes correcting of lost values and elevating the positive values that still exist. As much as a company has experienced breakage, there must be some positive features that when embraced, they can always encounter growth and restoration. There is a need for upcoming leaders to bear a vision for the company and take up the necessary measures to make this vision a reality. A broken organization requires a lot of fixing but with the help of the members, it is more practical. The communication patterns may be poor as the breakage interferes with interpersonal relationships. The motivational levels of a broken organization require elevation through strategies like remuneration and performance measures. There are weaknesses accompanied with broken organizations that include diversion of main objectives. The organization fails to meet its objectives fully as the focus of its members is broken.
