These benefits are great in that they provide unlimited sick leave, flexible work scheduling, childcare, onsite nurses, company sponsored family events and the list goes on. Some of Genentech’s optional benefits include pet insurance, free snacks, paid six week sabbaticals every six years. Zappos on the other hand offers pajama parties, nap rooms, regular happy hours, and a full-time life coach.
