The sorts of curriculums had steered off course from its first objective of educating and later became unchecked to correct itself. Different kinds of curriculums for American schooling very to four categories from Working class with low salaries then up to Exclusive Elite of CEO’s, restructure itself into an education course where any student under its umbrella can find their true potential. However, before making changes to the educational system to one universal unit, understanding the current school structure will dissect the dilemma by starting with the most nonfunctional section with the Working class educational system. A child’s mind is filled with motivation to fill in the void of questions. In the same article from Jean Anyon it also explains in a another report in a class where a child asks a question in social science wanting to know more about a topic, but the teacher returns in with confirming his question and then the student nods and stays quiet. However, the teacher response does support his theory, but it leads to a no answer. The article reports of the student having assignments with little to no interest for the student so the knowledge stored just like a cold safe without the need to open again. The assignments the students are given are made to reach a certain academic level, but it does not provide any substance for finding oneself purpose to go into a career or passion later through life. The need for change for the Middle class schools is simple, explain to the child in nongraphic terms then to avoid the question all together. The classes contain often of readings, discussions of concepts, and independent studies of the matter. The article “From Social Class and The Hidden Curriculum of Work,” explains a report of a class in an elite school of a student stating to the teacher that her answer is wrong and the teacher lets the student explain their point. Other cases of students driving the lessons by themselves with barley any directions from the teacher. The freedom of a student in an elite school like the freedom of a college scholar in a fifth grade class shows the difference of behavior and attitudes toward the other school types. The classes are also conducted discussions where students can say their opinions to each other. The Elite schools are highly different compared to the rest of the school tracks were the students is an individual in and out of class and having the standpoint of self-confidence to speak their mind is what need to change forward to in the future. The view of having the different types of schooling seems to confuse the students from the teaching method given in each type, but the need for change is needed to have every reach their true
