So now that they watch more television their food choice is changing. Its estimated that kids watch 3 hours of television a day and in whole year it come out that they have watched 3,300 fast food commercials. It explains how 15 percent of the 6 to 9 year olds in The United States are overweight. This essay comes from the Nevada Journal of Public Health a journal from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. It gives us the information that roughly 12.7 children from the ages of 9 to 17 are obese. That there has been trend growing in the last couple of years. It also has statistic proving that the most of the obese kids from the low income families. They also provided us with a map of the United States showing where the most obese people live and according to the Center of Disease Control most obese people live in Arkansas and Mississippi. This website is not just another website on the web. This Website is regulated by our government, but more specifically U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
