Explain How To Improve Future Neighborhoods Of The Future

76 percent of children from inferior neighborhoods don’t graduate high school. That leaves only 27 percent who do. With this information, we need ways to improve our future neighborhoods for the benefit of the people who live in them, without taking away the originality of a typical neighborhood. In order to design the neighborhoods of the future, we need to improve the quality of the houses that are built in the neighborhood, add playgrounds/other areas that appeal to children, and build clubhouses and buildings that revolve around real estate and rules for the neighborhood.
First of all, modern homes that look better and have subordinate price points will be sold to more families. By hiring more skilled builders and contractors, the houses will be constructed with higher quality and will hopefully last longer. The homeowners would most likely not have to doubt about house repairs for the majority of their residency. Using higher quality materials will expand the lifespan of the house. For instance, I would rather choose to buy a house that looks marvelous and is made with quality materials, than choose to

By investing in play areas for children, families will most likely want to buy a house and settle in that area. For example, I would rather live in a neighborhood that had lots of places for my child to play and make friends than live in a neighborhood that had nothing to offer for my child. In addition, having these areas could open up opportunities for community service. Neighborhood leaders could host groups to help clean up the parks and playgrounds. Investing in pools, parks and playgrounds open opportunities for neighborhood sports teams. For instance, adding a pool to the neighborhood could then offer a swim team, or adding a park/field could offer a soccer team.
