For a firm to adopt a certain style of corporate culture, values analysis should be drawn beforehand, as we read in the text book “Distinguishing an organizational culture requires observing a range of values from the way people dress to the degree of cooperation and competition in the workplace.” (Brusseau, 2012, p435). In depth evaluation of the acquired skills and leader’s character need to be clear and understood. Finer Bags is a firm that specializes on replica bags and accessories. Their specialization is been stated and not kept hidden. Therefore honesty is a part of their corporate culture.
Into the wombs of the firm, there is no visible corporate cultural dissonance occurring. The structure of the business seems to be clear and understood through all levels of the organization.
