To make this Escrow project, I did an interview to Phuc- that he is about forty years old, and he is a buyer for purchasing single family house that contains 1,940 sqft, and lot 1,873 sqft and was built 1972. It contains 5 bed rooms and 2 bathrooms. It includes 1 unit. He bought a home in 2008, and he refinanced it on 2011 because a bank’s interest is lower. and it is introduced by the agent when He found this house from agent’s signs at locations near this house when he went this place. He met him at this house on opening day from a sign advertising, and his Escrow company is at San Jose.
What is escrow? The third party is there to make sure everything during the closing proceeds smoothly, including the transfers of money and documents. Escrow protects all the relevant parties by ensuring that no funds and property change hands until all conditions in the agreement have been met. In the home-buying process, escrow is a secure holding area where important items (like the earnest money check and contracts) are kept safe until the deal is closed and the house officially changes hands. Whether you are the buyer, seller, lender or borrower, you want the assurance that no funds or property will change hands until all of the instructions in the transaction have been followed.
