Case Study Of 401k Loan

The buyers are going to need an extension to the closing due delay with 401k loan. The 401k application was started on Saturday. It will take 10 days to process application and up to 5 days disburse the funds. The funds are expected to be in by Sept 9, 2016, but please keep in mind the file has to back to underwriting to clear assets. Once file is clear to close the closing disclosure has be send to customer and we have to wait 3 days to close. Buyers will need upto 5 days to extend the closing
