A great conspiracy still exists today, all around the world. The conspiracy claims that William Shakespeare, the greatest poet of English, did not write his own plays. It is an argument for most people and it tends to be spoken upon in the American English world quite frequently. Shakespeare has made a great impact across the world, creating a sense of writings and plays and how they were done back in that time period which are mostly used today for educational purposes. Albrecht Durer was a German painter, printmaker, and theorist during the Northern Renaissance. He became famous in his twenties for his works. His more famous artistic works include his Self-Portrait made in 1500, which features himself, but to art historian’s beliefs he also resembles a Christ-like appearance. The portrait may not actually appear to be his real identity, but of a more idealized version. Through his own techniques and the embodiment of Jesus Christ, he created a portrait that many would come to admire and theorize themselves.…

High school students are probably most familiar with author Guy de Maupassant, as a short story writer. De Maupassant was a good friend of the novelist Gustave Flaubert; in fact, his' writing style is like Flaubert's. As a child, De Maupassant often observed the worst side of society and later he used that in his stories. His short stories are memorable for their ironic endings in which the main characters beliefs are turned upside down. In "The Necklace, for example, he describes a minor official and his wife who reduce themselves to poverty by repaying a debt.…

Vergil’s manuscripts of England were an interesting read that shows evidence that his collections could most likely have been the framework for later chroniclers. He was poetic yet factual and there was not too many instances when one could feel that his opinions were being incorporated into the text. Vergil did paint some villains, but the deceptions were most likely accurate if his sources were previous manuscript histories and voices of real people of that time period. That parallels to how reporters try to get the opinion of people who are at an important event or were within the area of where it occurred. One of the first connections that were noted as the reading progressed was the language and the lyrical style that reminded one of Shakespeare.…

This mismatch of information caused some to believe Shakespeare may not have actually written any of the works for which he is famous. The first open questioning of Shakespeare's authorship can be found within pages of The Romance of Yachting by Joseph C. Hart, where Hart argued that Shakespeare's plays contained evidence of being worked on by different authors. “The authorship of the plays is no otherwise material to us, than as a matter of curiosity, and to enable us to render exact justice; but they should not be assigned to Shakespeare alone, if at all.” This statement shows that the author believed Shakespeare to not deserve all, if any, of the credit for writing the plays. Four years later, in 1854, an essay called “Who Wrote Shakespeare?” was published in Chambers's Edinburgh Journal.…

There is reason to believe that William Shakespeare, possibly the greatest writer in the English language, could be a fraud. Even though his name is signed on the collection of works, researchers and analysts have gathered information over the years that opens our eyes to the facts that he was simply unqualified to be the author of this extensive collection of literature. Many have found that Francis Bacon is a much better candidate to claim authorship of these works. Not only did he have more knowledge to compose Shakespeare's writings, but he also had reason to hide a cipher throughout it. Researchers believe the Baconian Cipher, found in much of Shakespeare's works, can change the concept of English history.…
