Introduction
From a generic perspective ‘Education reform’ is in essence a phrase that is used to define the context of influencing changes in public education systems with the aim of establishing a better and efficient framework of knowledge acquisition. Education is significantly dynamic due to the constant changing nature of human social related principles, cultures and lifestyle. Similarly, from an historical perspective, education reforms have taken diverse forms due to different motivational influence from different reformers. In this light, this paper seeks to compare and contrast three vital negative and positive changes that occur in the education sector and discourse some of the changes that need to be made in the future.
Positive Reforms
Over the last century, the United States educational system has undergone a significant number of major reforms and transformations.
