The VAWA includes anyone affected by intimate partner violence, sexual assault, dating violence, stalking, survivors of trafficking by addressing the needs of individuals without discrimination of certain minority groups, such as the LGBTQ community (Sacco, 2015). o How was the social problem supposed to be changed?
