Lawson feels that the Scientific Method is the main one of choice, as it is the strongest method of going about while Bonner believes that the two methods, method A and method B, should be used for what best helps in the learning process as well as which works best for the user of each method. In Bonner 's paper he mentions how the Scientific Method is all but abandoned in his field of science as it is not the most beneficial for going about garnishing a question and using the data sets correctly where-as it is used almost solely in a colleagues course of research in a different field of study.
