The Five Dysfunctions of a team
For every organization to stand strong in what they believe, there should be a body that governs them. Every leader at any level has to be trustworthy, the people around them should have condiment in their leadership system because a leader of an organization is like the eyes of the body. Every team or organization should be built on trust and commitment because without trust and commitment of each member of a team the team will collapse. This is what the author of the five dysfunctions of a team is concertation his point in other to better every organization.

The company decided to hire another person to replace him. The chairman went on and hired Miss Kathryn, who was a high school teacher. She was hired with the trust to revive the company although that was a tough job she believed in herself to take on the big job that she does not have any experience. Kathryn’s lack of in-depth software experience did not concern her, although she had a little bit of understanding about enterprise software and technology which was more than sufficient for her to lead DecisionTech. She believed that as long as the board would give her enough time and leeway, she would be able to turn DecisionTech around. When Kathryn came in the company as their new CEO she knew they she was going to have so many challenges, but she did not fear the challenge. However, she noticed that the company has so many issues going on. Over the years she came to the conclusion that there are five reasons why teams are dysfunctional. She knew that if she does not address the matter the company would not progress, everybody was concern about the situations going on in the company even the chairman. Then she had the conversation with the chairman of the company where she got a go-ahead permit from him to do what is best for the company and change things around if possible. This is the only way that can help teams set a standard that will keep them progressing. Kathryn who does not have any experience about DecisionTech, she had the courage to lead them because she understands that there are simple things that have been done on a team in other for them to progress. Kathryn knows that what a team suffers the most is not lack of experience, so many teams has special skills in them. Once they can’t recognize the importance of one another it is difficult to make progress in such environment. However, in DecisionTech as the as Kathryn was brought in she saw all this and had an idea on how it will be handled that is why she created that platform that everyone was able to come and speak their mind. team’s eager to address the five dysfunctions can experience the following benefits. High accomplishment, solid teams: Are comfortable asking for help, acknowledging mistakes and limitations and take risks offering feedback they will be able to tap into one another's skills and experiences. Avoid wasting time talking about the wrong issues and repeating the same topics over and over again because of lack of buy-in.
