Comparing Shakespeare And Thomas Edison's Perspectives Of Sleep

I truly liked how he was able to transition from from Shakespeare and Thomas Edison's perspectives of sleep. They strictly opposed each other's ideas of how beneficial sleep was and it was neat to see how one views the value importances of sleep. The video it definitely implies how people configure to sleeping less to accommodate their schedules. I have always believed that the strategy to strong thoughts is sleep, meaning that when I get 7 hours of sleep I am able to give my 100% towards my day. On the contrary if sleep less than 7 hours, whether it's an hour or 30 minutes before a complete 7 hours I find myself not being able to efficiently function throughout the day. This was stated by Foster where he states that sleeps allows for restoration
