What is Cognitive behavior therapy you may ask? Cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) is the feelings and behaviors made by a person’s thoughts. (CBT) helps you change the way you think about people, situations, and events. Cognitive therapist assist you by the way you feel and the way you way behave. Therefore, is commonly used to treat mental disorders, phobias,anxiety, depression, alcoholism and drug addiction. Usually therapist treat drug addiction very effectively! Although it can take about in 12 or 16 sessions with a normal therapist (CBT) take drug abuse very seriously, they do more than 24 randomized trials/ tests among tobacco, alcohol, cocaine, weed, and any type of drugs.
