While my chronological age is 19, my real age is 16. To be honest, I am a bit surprise, I thought I was going to be older than my chronological age. I was maybe expecting maybe like 25 years, the reason being is because I do not exercise much. I am happy with my result though. I a thousand times want to be much younger than of what my chronological age is, This means that I am a bit more healthy than I expected.
A negative choice that I make everyday is, I skip breakfast, or sometimes I wait to long to eat breakfast. Usually I skip breakfast because I never make time in the mornings to have some food. I know for a fact that, that is a terrible choice that later on will have its consequence. Another thing, like I had mentioned, I do not exercise
