Can The Human Knot Exercise

The Human Knot is common team building exercise in which almost everyone has heard of. It will usually take around fifteen to twenty minutes to accomplish, depending on how many people are involved. It’s prefered to have around eight to twelve people, but the minimum is four. You start by everyone gathering in a circle. Then, everyone raises their right hand. With the right hand, you will find someone else’s hand. Then repeat this process being sure you grab the hand of a different person than before. Check to ensure everyone has to different hands, then you can begin. Everyone must work together to untangle the knot without letting go of each other’s hands.
