The question every person is repeatedly asking themselves are people naturally inclined to look for a leader? Yes, people are naturally inclined to look for a leader because people need to look up to a successful leader. First, people are naturally inclined to look for a leader because without good leaders we wouldn’t know what to do with some certain stuff because the leaders are the ones who organize everything for us. For example, In the book “The Wave” the teacher was the leader and he inspired the students work together, but then students started to take this Wave thing too seriously. So, for being a good leader the teacher had to do something to stop all the chaos. The teacher called in a rally for all the students in the wave and when the students got there he explained to them what they were doing was wrong that they were doing the same thing the Nazis did without the students not even realizing. Before all this chaos started the students said they didn’t want history to repeat itself and they did but just not exactly to WWII. …show more content…
For example, we need a leader we can trust because following our leaders will enable us to make a difference in life, such as, teaching us how to be our own leader. Second, we need leaders to think about and organize around many issues because that inspires those who join them to create movements for social change and build organizations to realize their dreams. Third, people tend to trust leaders who stand for a higher honest order and who shows their behavior and values through actions we can notice. Finally, leadership is a chance for relationships to be built on trust and when your people trust a leader, it increases loyalty to team
