This study found that there needs to be a detailed written policy that is essential for organizations seeking to have an active and preventative approach to the protection of the children who seek to learn and grow in them. Ballet schools are a place that children spend much of their time in. These schools must be ran and operated as a school, and not like ballet companies producing professionals at age 9. The goal of the studio needs to be the education and healthy development of the athletes.
