Of those voters which make up 9% of survey respondents, 53% would favorgovernment-runhealth care, 30% would favor keeping it the same as it is now, and 17% would favor the conservative position of having individual insurance. What does any of this mean? It means this: Voters are fairly consistent with little formal education, they continue to stay consistent with more education. The margins get closer with the issue questions the further we go in the education of the survey
