Anti-Inflammatory Diet is ideal for overall good health. In addition, the goal is to enhance health, people can lose weight by taking an anti-inflammatory eating pattern. A fiber diet helps decrease inflammation by providing anti-inflammatory phytonutrients found in fruits, vegetables, and other whole foods naturally. So in order to be healthy we need to consume at least 40 grams of fiber every day. We need to eat anti-inflammatory herbs and spices such as ginger and turmeric to increase their antioxidant capacity. We need to eat cruciferous vegetables regularly. While cruciferous refer to cabbage family. We need to eat those because of their antioxidant properties can help lower your risk of cancer. We need to limit saturated fat of our daily calories.
