Universities, colleges and workplaces have been in compliance with affirmative action rules and regulations for more than fifty years and it is time to reconsider swapping affirmative action with not race-based but race-neutral alternatives. Furthermore, racial preference should be a thing of the past because it produced only mix results. Recently statistics showed that in half of American participated in Public Religion Research Institute poll only fifty seven percent of whites and sixty six percent of working whites believe discrimination against whites is as great as discrimination against blacks (Newkirk 2017).
