Activity Pay Case Study

I hope all is well. After I submitted the change of Job yesterday I have received this in WD, I tried to follow the instructions but it didn’t work, I contacted WD, and they replied that as the students are set up to get thru activity pay if I wanted to end the previous activity paid. My question is, in this case what do I do? I just add the following activities pay or do I have indeed to end the previous one?
