Throughout history, humans have tended to live in groups and these groups respond to the human needs of security and livelihood. Human groups organize different shapes of representation based on the needs, the highest shape of representation is the state. Then the state created different shapes for different groups within the state (e.g. military, government etc.) and different levels or power within the state. The following step was the creation of specialized groups based on the needs of people, like food and agriculture, industry, managing interior issues, managing foreign issues, and so on and so forth.

I like this quote because its represent the relationship between the components of the organization based on their roles. I think that change management is the new requirement that can secure the leadership success. The world becomes a big marketplace, that requires a huge leadership effort to compete and evolve to stay ahead of competitors. It is clear that there is a difference between management and leadership, both of them are important to protect the organization, and to make sure that the organization is moving in its track to accomplish its goals. Managers do this through planning, task management, and monitoring and evaluation. While leaders do this by mobilizing, motivating, and inspiring people. Leaders focus on the vision, and this is why there is no leadership without impact. This is the tool that leaders use to lead.

Leaders and managers have big influence on people because they make people look to the organization as a system. People within the organization start looking to their relationships in a different way, they start to realize how thoughts and actions effect everything in the organization as well as their lives. This impacts the peoples vision and it becomes wider and deeper. Finally, those people become aware of the importance of the systems within their organizations that manage the relationships around
