You can also learn something new about your learning and working style. Some members fulfill their duties and some do not. Some people will end up doing more work than the rest to get the work done because of some people being slackers and not doing what they need to do to get their job done. It depends on the person on whether they like working in groups or not. The best part about working in a group is getting new and creative ideas from other people you may not have thought of on your own. It gives you an opportunity to get some constructive criticism with your work before you turn it in. They can help you in your weak spots if it happens to be their strong point. The worst part of being in a group is that you may not like some of the other group members. You also have to wait on them to complete their task because each person works on different time schedules and may not get it done the same time you can.
