On August 2 another meeting was held at the Unitarian Church in Rochester, NY. Amelia Bush became the first woman with authority over a meeting. The reunion was attended by both men and women. In New York state house of representatives they pass the law that gives women the authority to hold possession of property that they owned prior to their marriage.
