The diet of 11 fruits is ideal for weight loss. By making an effort to lose weight, it helps to divide the meals into two categories: foods high and low concentration. Meat, dairy, grains and most junk foods have a high concentration of calories; while fruits and vegetables are high in water and fiber, which makes them much lower in calories.
