Summary: Part 1 Diet Analysis

In my part 1 diet analysis my calories intake meet the average of 2000 calories taken in regulate basin. However, there was some problem of eating more fiber and having a under status in carbohydrate. In order to fix it I need to eat more whole grains vegetable and fruit. For example, eating apple and whole grains bread will help me. Another problem was my total fat, sodium, and saturated fat was over the limit. I realize i probably would have to reduce my intake of sodium. For example, try not to eat ham and fried chicken because those foods contain high amount of sodium and saturated fat. Fried chicken is a bad choice to eat in my diet. Making smarter decision of eating any food is very important in the food report analysis. Another adjustment I needed to do was increase on some of my vitamin and mineral intake. For example, I was low in Vitamin A and D. …show more content…
These help a lot, because anyone that tries to improve a healthy lifestyle will use this program and know the amount of calories a food contain. My plate assignment also guide you people deficiency in vitamin and over consume percentage of vitamin. In case you lack on an important vitamin your body will not function property. Another important aspect I learned in this assignment was eating and knowing the percentage of carbohydrate, protein, and fat I need. The second part of this assignment in particular helps me calculating my BMI, which is a very important thing for me to know. As a result, the outcome of calculating my weight loses was somewhat accurate because I being trying to lose weight in the pass 2 month. Furthermore, I archive to lose about 6 to 7 pounds of weight in the pass 2 month. In fact exercising will always be helpful to lose weight because a person that would try to lose weight need to lose more intake calories.
