Note: 그리고 means "and, or and then" and can be shortened to just 고 to link verbs together in a long sentence. To use 고 after a verb, remobe the verb stem of the verb and attach 고 after all verbs in the sentence.

e.g This book is interesting, cheap and good.

이책은재밌고,싸고,조아요

.

Note: unlike english, in Korean all verbs in a sentence can be present tense and only the last verb dictates the tense of the sentence and needs to be in the correct tense form.

e.g I met a friend yesterday and saw a movie.

어제친구를만아고,영화를봤어요.

.

I read a book, studied and exercised.

책읽고,공부하고,운동했어요.

I will eat an apple and sea a movie.

사과를먹고,영화를볼거예요.

Today i met my friend in a coffee shop, and studied korean.

오늘은커피숍에서친구를만나고,한국어공부했어요.
