Note: 그리고 means "and, or and then" and can be shortened to just 고 to link verbs together in a long sentence. To use 고 after a verb, remobe the verb stem of the verb and attach 고 after all verbs in the sentence. e.g This book is interesting, cheap and good. 이책은재밌고,싸고,조아요 |

Note: unlike english, in Korean all verbs in a sentence can be present tense and only the last verb dictates the tense of the sentence and needs to be in the correct tense form. e.g I met a friend yesterday and saw a movie. 어제친구를만아고,영화를봤어요. |
