What was the petition of right of 1628

A statement of civil liberties sent by the English Parliament to Charles I. Refusal by Parliament to finance the king's unpopular foreign policy had caused his government to exact forced loans and to quarter troops in subjects' houses as an economy measure.

The 1628 petition of right failed to address two fundamental points of disagreement betwen Charles and Parliament. What were they?

1) It did not explicity mention the customs duty, impositions, or tonnage and poundage. As a result, Charles claimed he had not surrendered his rights to collect these.

2) Charles' open favour to anti-Calvinists. In the summer of 1628, anti-Calvinists such as William Laud and Richard Montagu were appointed as bishops.
