Juveniles are defined as individuals under 18 years of age.


Parents or guardians may elect to be present during interviews and they can state they want an attorney. All the same rules will be followed as a normal interview.


Interview will be conducted in the presence of at least one parent. If parent is unavailable 2 SF members will be present. Parent or guardian will be informed by SF right to counsel prior to interview.
