3. In both modes, recording automation begins when you first touch a controller slider or knob (or hold down the mouse button over a slider or knob on the interface). When you release the controller knob (or the mouse button), Touch mode returns the automation to the original parameter value or existing automation on the track, whereas Latch mode continues recording at the current parameter level.

4. When using Automation Quick Access, how many parameters can you control, and how many controller knobs can you use?

4. You can use only one controller knob and control only one parameter at a time, but you can easily choose the desired parameter by displaying it on the selected automation track.
