Components of Self

Physical, Psychological, Spiritual Dimension

An internal feeling that something is true, eben though it may not be proven yet or irrational

Belief

A measure of the worth or importance a person attaches to something; reflected in the way we live our lives

Values

The way a person expresses or applies their beliefs and values, and is expressed thriugh behaviour

Attitude

A settled way of thinking and feeling about someone or something

Classification of Personality

The individual's belief about himself or herself, including the person's atributes and who and what the self is

Actual and Ideal

Person's ideal self may not be consistent with what actually happens in life and experiences of the person

Incongruence

The extent to which people see themselves as capable, sucxessfu, and worthy

Self esteem

The process of understanding one's own belief, thoughts, motivations, and recognize how they affect others

Self awareness
