100 dB HL at 500 & 1000 Hz, 105 at 2kHz
Present tone for 60 sec.
Pt. perceives tone 60 sec. (- for retro)
Tone decays within 60 sec. (+ for retro)
Recruiting ears may have tough time tolerating these levels
