The ethical process centered approach does not mean a complete lack of interest in overt acts but the major concern is now the process generate. What would be the character of an ethical individual and unethical consequences? It simply means that interest is now in developing and establishing a moral climate, not in enforcing an act centered moral code. Secondly, in the process centered approach no behavior can be regarded as beyond moral concern. Lastly, everyone is somehow responsibility involved in any process centered moral and ethical situation. Continue to seek out talented and creative individuals to take their corporation to the next level of success and conduct market research and analyze those results to forecast the next latest trend that customer are willing able to utilize their purchasing power capabilities. To understand how an individual gifts and abilities can be used productively to further the vision of the organization. 2. Determine the major impacts that Zappos’ leadership and ethical practices philosophy have had on its stakeholders. The Zappos business model is built around developing long-term customer relationships. Zappos has built a proven record that it does not have to compete in the price war. With that being said its outstanding cyber record speaks volume of the corporation and its quality of customer service and quantity of profitable margin.
